QUICK TIPS FOR EATING WELL
- Eat organic
fresh fruits and vegetables – make 2/3 of
your meal something living.
- Incorporate
variety and as many
colors of fruits and vegetables into
your meal. If you have multi-colors of food on
your plate, you have
incorporated variety.
- Clean your
fruits and vegetables well. Use a fruit and vegi cleaner, like
